Who we are

Noodle ("we", "us") is made by a small team based in London, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@noodlesleep.com.

A wellness app, not medical advice

Noodle helps you build calmer bedtime habits. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including insomnia or other sleep disorders. Sleep scores, insights and suggestions are for general wellbeing only. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, please talk to a doctor.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Noodle on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). The app, its character, artwork, sounds and text belong to us or our licensors.

Premium subscriptions

• Noodle Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly). Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of a free trial.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If you start a free trial, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (https://reportaproblem.apple.com).
• The core sleep features (your koala, the wind-down, Sleep Mode and growing up) are always free.

Moon Drops and items

Moon Drops are an in-app reward with no cash value. They can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money. Outfits and other items are licensed to you for use in the app only.

Fair use

Please don't misuse Noodle: for example, don't copy, reverse-engineer or resell it, interfere with how it works, or use it to break the law. If you use features that connect you with other people, be kind; we may limit access for anyone who abuses them.

Sharing

When you share dream cards or videos from Noodle, you're welcome to post them on social media for personal, non-commercial use.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Noodle, so features may change. We may update these terms; if a change is important, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Noodle after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

We work hard to make Noodle reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
