How does Noodle know my phone is face down?

Noodle uses your phone's motion sensor (no camera, no microphone). When the phone lies face down and still for a few seconds, Noodle falls asleep. Picking it up or leaving the app wakes Noodle up.

Keep the app open overnight and charge your phone if you can. A soft case is fine; a very thick stand can confuse it.

Restoring a purchase

Open Noodle, go to Me, then tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

To cancel or manage a subscription: Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Deleting your data

Your nights, dreams and notes stay on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them.

If you used Bedtime Buddy or gave us your email and want that removed too, email hello@noodlesleep.com and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Is Noodle a medical app?

No. Noodle is a wellness app to help you build a calmer bedtime habit. It isn't meant to diagnose or treat any condition. If you're struggling with sleep, please talk to a doctor.
